Cool! I wish i had a Sonic to dry my stuff! Send them out to work! Make them earn their own beer money.
Work has obviously calmed down now, cos you've got time to go for walks etc. Have the locals got their town back?

Suffering today from doing too much DIY. I'm worried i might get a frozen shoulder then i won't be able to do anything...mmmmm....

I'll have to start drinking left handed.

Some small signs of sanity returning to the burg. Still, quite a few wrinklies knocking around. Must be taking advantage of the end of season OAPs offers.

Thinking of cutting down on the orders by putting a 'No teeth, no service' sign up!

PS. The RT doesn't need to work for a living as they have all made their fortunes in TV, video games, etc. I actually first met Sonic at the height of his fame on the Isle of Man where he was a tax exile!

I like it! You could do a roaring trade in soup though!

Ps If they've made their fortunes, why is it that you have to earn their beer money? Surely they should be buying beer for you!

No probs with soup. We have an inexhaustible supply of it usually lurking at the bottom of the sink!

PS. They say it's all tied up in stocks, shares and waterproof bags at the bottom of Swiss lakes. I do wonder how I keep finding empties strewn about the house when I come home. How do they pay for them .....

..... bugger, I can't seem to find my wallet. You haven't seen it have you?

chickenvegetablescrapingsandgrease flavoured. yum!

More like tied up in socks.

no mate, haven't seen it at all, and i didn't go out and get p****d last night either. No, really, i didn't.

Don't forget the industrial-strength washing-up liquid stock that it's simmered in!

I did (sort of). Big Mac and Helling are down in the burg at the mo' and insisted that I ply them with alcohol!

Gill Richards

07 October 2003 12:56

MMMM...............

Ah, so you felt obliged to act the host. I expect they plied you with alcohol aswell. Amazing you can type this morning (afternoon) really.

Vile Jelly

07 October 2003 13:41

Obliged? Hell, no. I'm a sitting duck in the Sloop Slave Pits!

Typing is actually a pre-recorded message from tomorrow, at present all I can see is blue hedgehogs!

Gill Richards

07 October 2003 13:54

So you have to drink beer....

MOVE AWAY FROM THE TOY! then you'll see furry sheep aswell....

Vile Jelly

08 October 2003 09:42

Oh god, no! Now I can see dragons flying around.

They must have slipped something into those 38 pints I had last night!

Gill Richards

08 October 2003 14:44

and then possibly something into the next 23

Vile Jelly

08 October 2003 15:52

Not possible, I'm sure I went on to pints of shorts at that point so I don't think it could have been the drinking.

Maybe I'm going down with the flu .....

Gill Richards

08 October 2003 15:59

i wouldn't have thought you could go down with anything if you'd had that much alcohol. the bugs wouldn't stand a chance!

maybe it's just a hangover

Vile Jelly

08 October 2003 16:26

Nonsense! I never go down with hangovers.

If I do not speak the truth .... then let my hair fall out and my face become hideous and repellent.

Oh bugger!

Gill Richards

08 October 2003 16:31

oops.

ah well, have a drink, look in the mirror and all will be well

Vile Jelly

08 October 2003 18:27

Just a mo ....... Ah, here's the mirror .....

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! It's hideous.

Gill Richards

09 October 2003 08:19

Vile Jelly

09 October 2003 08:55

On the case (of fine bordeaux) as we speak.

Gill Richards

09 October 2003 09:00

blimey, that's a bit early, or are you standing on the case so you can reach something? Might as well start early though, it might blur the drudgery(?) of work.

you might see flying woolly hedgehogs..

Vile Jelly

09 October 2003 17:08

Oh no no no no no.

Now (8 hours later) it all makes sense.

Acshually, I've got a few days of work (we are only allowed to take holidays when no one else would want to) and am busy trying to drink myself to death before I have to go back.

The Reporting Team are not helping me in this attempt as they drink faster than I can ..... buddy can you spare the GDP of a small country to help us in these endeavours?
